Following up from COO's meeting with client about their tricky requirements. Feedback from meeting good and useful. Client needs established.

I've requested a day to go through the technicalities with the COO. Still waiting for a response - I'll give him a phone call tomorrow. It's so much harder to ignore someone speaking with you than it is to ignore an email!
