Have a newish "Producer" who is responsible for first-line client relationships. This includes user help and training requests. She is young and completing a marketing degree.
Finally acting as a team. One of our clients has requested training and Mish has passed that request to me, mainly to help her phrase an email that will elicit the information I need to design the training they need. I reviewed her draft, offered a couple of very minor suggestions for change and she sent the email to the client.
